A passive three-axis optical sensing head based on silicon photonic reflective pulse coding. It measures vibration, impacts and low-frequency motion, and supports static tilt estimation from gravity components. Designed for condition monitoring, health assessment and predictive maintenance of rotating machinery, wind turbine blades and infrastructure.
采用单模光纤传输,支持超过2 km的传输应用,实际链路按解调仪、光损耗与连接方式确认。无源感知与光纤绝缘隔离适合高压、强电磁干扰、雷电多发及难维护布点。
Single-mode fiber supports transmission applications beyond 2 km, subject to interrogator configuration, optical loss and connections. Passive sensing and electrical isolation suit high voltage, strong EMI, lightning-prone locations and difficult-to-maintain sites.
标准量程±4 g,±8 g或±16 g可定制;标准探测频率0–2 kHz,0–4 kHz为定制配置。三轴加速度不等同于独立完整姿态解算,动态姿态分析需结合转速、安装方向及运动模型。
Standard range is ±4 g, with ±8 g or ±16 g options. Standard detection band is 0–2 kHz; 0–4 kHz requires a custom configuration. Three-axis acceleration alone is not a complete independent attitude solution; dynamic analysis also requires speed, installation orientation and a motion model.

使用Ergo1665胶粘安装于清洁、平整表面,按安装要求固定方向并保护尾纤;带保护及不带保护尾纤最小弯曲半径均为50 mm。传感头靠近声源或关键结构布置,避免不必要的松动与冲击。
Bond with Ergo1665 on a clean, flat surface; align and secure the head as required and protect the pigtail. Minimum bend radius is 50 mm for both protected and unprotected versions. Place near the source or structural point and avoid loose mounting or unnecessary impacts.
尾纤超过标准3 m时,可通过匹配的光纤接续延长,连接器处理、熔接与保护由合格人员按光路设计完成;总光损耗与链路长度需满足配套解调仪要求。接口及尾纤长度可定制。
For lengths beyond the standard 3 m pigtail, extend using compatible fiber splicing. Qualified personnel should handle connector removal, splicing and protection in accordance with the optical design. Total loss and length must meet interrogator requirements; connectors and pigtail lengths are configurable.
与BLY硅光解调仪及上位机或声纹分析平台配套使用。声纹识别与振动分析效果取决于布点、背景噪声、被测结构、机械耦合和模型训练。静态倾角应在低动态或经过运动补偿的条件下计算。
Use with a BLY silicon photonic interrogator and host/acoustic-analysis platform. Performance depends on placement, noise, structure, mechanical coupling and training. Static tilt estimation requires low-dynamic conditions or motion compensation.
传感头频响、主机扫描频率与接口输出频率分别规定。采集2 kHz或20 kHz原始波形需要足够的采样率与传输带宽;≥50 Hz状态输出不能直接等同于这些原始波形带宽,需选配并确认高速采集模式。
Sensor response, interrogator scan rate and interface output rate are separate specifications. Raw 2 kHz or 20 kHz waveforms require sufficient sampling and transport bandwidth. A ≥50 Hz status output does not establish these raw-waveform capabilities; confirm the required high-speed acquisition mode.
IP、防腐及过载指标按对应配置的试验条件使用。无源光纤的电气隔离不代替整套系统在危险区域所需的适用性验证。
Apply ingress, corrosion and overload ratings under the test conditions for the supplied configuration. Passive-fiber electrical isolation does not replace complete-system suitability verification for hazardous areas.
