Product overview
A 16-channel industrial point-sensor interrogation platform for acquisition, demodulation and communication of silicon photonic acceleration and acoustic sensors. Host software or edge computing supports asset condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
CANopen and Ethernet are standard, with optional Profibus DP. Specified scan rate is ≥100 Hz, output rate ≥50 Hz and response time ≤20 ms. Sensor-head acoustic/vibration bandwidth is distinct from the status-output rate.
Typical applications
Point acceleration and acoustic sensing; fans, turbines, compressors and motors; high-voltage equipment, rail transit and industrial machinery; centralized monitoring and edge-computing systems.

Use DC 24 V with reliable grounding and reverse-polarity protection. The standard in-cabinet version is ≥IP20; the ≥IP65 outdoor enclosure is optional. Connect to the host/control system via RJ45; industrial switches or PCs support multiple devices.
The 16 host channels do not automatically mean 16 three-axis-plus-microphone nodes. Confirm axis allocation, acoustic data, synchronization and channel use from the protocol/configuration. Rated power is ≤24 W; the specified 50 W limit applies only under the defined exceptional conditions, not continuous rated use.
Sensor response, interrogator scan rate and interface output rate are separate specifications. Raw 2 kHz or 20 kHz waveforms require sufficient sampling and transport bandwidth. A ≥50 Hz status output does not establish these raw-waveform capabilities; confirm the required high-speed acquisition mode.
Apply ingress, corrosion and overload ratings under the test conditions for the supplied configuration. Passive-fiber electrical isolation does not replace complete-system suitability verification for hazardous areas.
